5. eSIM Products and Services

5.1 Product Description

We offer prepaid eSIM data plans for various countries and regions. Each plan includes:

  • A validity period during which the data can be used
  • Coverage in specified countries or regions

5.2 Delivery

Upon successful payment, your eSIM will be delivered instantly via email. The email will contain a QR code and activation instructions. Delivery is digital only; no physical product will be shipped.

5.3 Activation

⚠️ Important Notice

Once an eSIM is activated (QR code scanned and installed on a device), it cannot be transferred, resold, or refunded. The validity period begins upon activation. Please ensure your device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing.

5.4 Device Compatibility

It is your responsibility to verify that your device supports eSIM technology before making a purchase. We provide general compatibility information, but cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices or carrier configurations.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

  • Prices may change without notice; the price at time of purchase applies
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • Your order is confirmed only after successful payment
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion

  • Before Activation: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
  • After Activation: No refunds are available once the eSIM is activated
  • Technical Issues: If the eSIM fails to work due to our error, we will provide a replacement or refund

  • Resell or redistribute eSIMs without authorization
  • Attempt to circumvent data limits or fair use policies
